Because digital marketing and custom software development require dedicated allocation of senior strategists, developers, and media buyers, we have established a clear, equitable Refund Policy that protects both our clients and our agency teams.
02Website Development Milestone Refunds
Custom website development projects (Next.js, React, headless CMS, e-commerce) are divided into clear, structured milestone deliverables:
- Phase 1: Discovery, Architecture & Wireframing: If you cancel before wireframe approval, you receive a full refund minus an administrative discovery fee of 15%.
- Phase 2: High-Fidelity UI Design (Figma): Once Figma design concepts have been revised and approved by your team, the initial 40% design deposit becomes non-refundable, as custom design hours have been expended.
- Phase 3: Front-End & Back-End Engineering: If a project is cancelled during development, you are billed only for completed milestones. Unworked milestone retainers are refunded in full within 7 business days.
- Phase 4: Final Launch & Handover: Once staging QA is approved and source code / DNS migration is completed, the final settlement payment is non-refundable. We provide a 30-day post-launch warranty to fix any functional bugs or layout regressions at zero charge.
03SEO Retainers & Notice Window
Search engine optimization is a cumulative discipline requiring ongoing technical crawling, content optimization, and authoritative backlink outreach.
- Monthly Retainer Cancellation: All monthly SEO plans can be paused or cancelled with a written notice 14 days prior to your next recurring billing cycle.
- Active Month Retainers: Once a monthly SEO sprint begins and deliverables (audits, schema fixes, content briefs, outreach) are deployed, monthly management fees are non-refundable for that billing cycle.
- Prepaid Multi-Month Packages: If you prepaid for a 6 or 12-month retainer and wish to terminate early, you receive a prorated refund for all future untouched calendar months.
04PPC Management & Ad Spend
Our agency management fees cover strategic account structuring, creative split testing, negative keyword mining, and conversion API tuning. Management fees are refundable only if we fail to deploy campaign structures within the agreed SLA timeline in your Statement of Work.
05Non-Refundable Expenses
The following costs represent third-party outlays incurred on your behalf and cannot be refunded:
- Direct publisher editorial fees and high-authority link publication charges already executed.
- Domain registration, DNS privacy services, or dedicated SSL certificate fees.
- Third-party software subscriptions, font licenses, or API token allocations purchased for your build.
- Consumed ad spend paid directly to Google, Meta, or Microsoft Advertising.
06White Label Partnership Terms
For agency partners scaling through our White Label Hub, project fulfillment terms are governed by our wholesale Master Service Agreement (MSA). Unused sprint credits roll over into subsequent months. In the event of partner agency contract termination, remaining unallocated sprint balances are refunded upon 30 days written notification.
07How to File a Refund Request
If you believe an error has occurred or wish to initiate a formal milestone refund, follow this simple procedure:
- Email our accounts team at contact@mjdigisolution.com with subject line "Refund Request - [Your Brand Name]".
- Include your invoice number, the specific service or milestone in question, and a brief description of the grounds for the request.
- Our Senior Operations Director will review your file and respond in writing within 3 to 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
